Air France- Update

A quick update on Air France for any of our Sure Maritime Travel Clients that may be interested in flying to France this season.


Air France has confirmed that it will resume its seasonal flights to Cape Town, beginning October 25,Tourism Update reports.

The airline is scheduled to service the Mother City three times a week continuing until May 12, 2013.

This year sees the extension of this seasonal service by six weeks as part of Air France KLM’s African expansion policy, which includes KLM’s new route to Harare, starting at the end of October.

The non-stop flights will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, departing Cape Town at 19h35 and arriving Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 05h55. A B777-200 aircraft will be used, with 35 lie-flat seats in business class, 24 seats in premium economy and 205 seats in economy.

Air France KLM offers 24 weekly flights from Johannesburg and Cape Town to Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam-Schiphol.
